Lady Gaga may be one of the biggest names in pop, but did you know she can also kill it as a jazz singer?

Teaming up with legendary singer Tony Bennett, the two announced Tuesday that they will be releasing a jazz album together called ‘Cheek to Cheek’, out on September 23. The project will feature covers of  ‘It Don’t Mean a Thing (If It Ain’t Got That Swing),’ ‘Bewitched, Bothered, and Bewildered,’ and an original song written by Gaga called ‘Paradise.’

In honour of their big announcement, Gaga and Bennett have also released a video of them singing a cover of Cole Porter’s ‘Anything Goes.’ While an unlikely collaboration, just listening to the song shows that their voices are a perfect match. As Bennett croons smoothly and soulfully, Gaga holds her own with her powerful vocals.

According to the Associated Press, Gaga spent two years recording the album with Bennett. And while fans may be surprised to see her singing show tunes, she says she isn’t new to the genre.

“You know, it’s funny, but jazz comes a little more comfortable for me than pop music, than R&B music,” Gaga said in an interview Monday. “I’ve sang jazz since I was 13 years old, which is kind of like my little secret that Tony found out. So this is almost easier for me than anything else.”

But as classy as Gaga sounds here, don’t expect her to give up her outrageous get-ups. As seen in the video, she goes from wig to wig and even dons an piano kaftan.

Stay weird, Lady Gaga!
